You can't make this stuff up

I am at the check out at Shoppers Drug Mart with the kids. Naomi is wiggling around in the seat area of the cart and starting to freak out because she's had enough of being restrained and wants to get out and rip things off of shelves. I am desperately trying to find my Optimum card, because for god's sake, I will not make another purchase and miss out on the points that will never amount to enough to be of any real use. Evelyn says," What's that on her nose Mama?" I look up, and see a life size witch (Halloween decor) at the end of the checkout, and she has a big wart on her nose. "It's a wart." (still looking for my card) Evelyn says "What's that on her chin Mama?" "It's another wart." (and it is), I say as I find my card and finally look up as I pass it to the cashier and notice first the strange look on her face, and second that she has her nose and chin pierced.
Oh yes...and Naomi got her first tooth about a week ago.

Naomi can...

Naomi can...

  • say Ma ma, muuuuuuuuuuummmmmmmmmmmm, and hi (appropriately)
  • crawl
  • pull herself to standing
  • cruise
  • create havoc on the entire main floor while using an upside down laundry basket as a walker (as shown below).

Whilst watching Diego

Diego: Help me call to Alicia.
E: It's hard to call her - because she's in the T.V.

Does anyone know if there has ever been a law suit against a casino re: catering to people with addictive personalities? The title 'Player Development Analyst' implies, to me, that they are looking to 'cultivate' long-term gamers, not just the average person willing to dump $200/year into the place....

Has anyone seen a TV commercial for a casino?
